Registration requirements for the competition:

Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.
If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.
Register for this competition below.
There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ৳400 (Bangladeshi Taka).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 80% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of ৳600 (Bangladeshi Taka).
Any spectator can attend for free.

Make sure to register first before making a payment.

The base registration fee: 400 BDT

The spot registration fee: 600 BDT

Payment Deadlines

Registration starts on 6th August 2025 and ends on 1st September 2025

Spot payment will be available on the competition during reporting time.

Note:

Any payment after the deadline of given category will follow the Fee Structure of the next category.
If you want to apply for a refund, make sure to reach us before 31st August 2025 at 11:59 PM GMT+06 (80% of the total fee will be refunded)

Any Payment on the competition day counts as spot registration and will follow the Spot Registration Fee Structure See Details
If the limit of 80 Competitors is reached, a waiting list will be started. Persons in waiting list will still have a chance of getting approved if someone from the approved list cancels their registration. The selection from the waiting list will be done in order of registration completion time.
All unapproved registered persons will be fully refunded after the competition.
Any Foreign participants are kindly asked to contact the delegates for payment.

Steps to pay with Bkash

Pay With Your Personal Bkash Account

Using Bkash USSD service (*247#)

Go To Bkash Menu by dialing *247#
Choose option 1 from the menu.
Enter Personal Number 01713 162 542
Enter your Total Registration Fee with Bkash Charge*.
Enter your personal contact number and full name in Reference.
Enter your PIN to Confirm the Payment.
Send an SMS to 01713 162 542 (normal SMS or WhatsApp). The text must include - Participant's Full Name, Participant's Personal Mobile Number (where he/she can be reached) and the TrxID (or Trans ID) of the Bkash payment.

Using the Bkash App

Log into your Bkash account.
Select Send Money.
Enter Personal Number 01713 162 542.
Enter your Total Registration Fee with Bkash Charge*.
Enter your personal contact number and full name in Reference.
Enter your PIN to Confirm the Payment.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BKASH ACCOUNT

Go to your nearest Bkash Agent shop.
Tell him to Cash-In into a personal number.
Use Personal Number: 01713 162 542.
Tell him to cash-in your Total Registration Fee with Bkash Charge.* দোকানদাররা এইটাকে "খরচ" বলে থাকে।
Get the TrxID from the agent.
Send an SMS to 01713 162 542 (normal SMS or WhatsApp). The text must include - Participant's Full Name, Participant's Personal Mobile Number (where he/she can be reached) and the TrxID (or Trans ID) of the Bkash payment.

# Any requested changes to registration before the deadline will be honored. Your registration is not complete until your name shows up on the list. If you believe you paid and your name isn't showing up, please Contact us and we will work it out.

Bkash Charge:

Bkash Charge is 2% of the whole amount. Simply multiply your total registration fee by 1.02 to get the final payable amount.
