Registration requirements for the competition:

There is a competitor limit of 31 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $U300 (Uruguayan Peso).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.

Importante: la competencia puede ser cancelada por la Junta Directiva de la WCA si la situación de la pandemia empeora.
Puede haber un solo acompañante por persona, y su asistencia debe estar justificada (p.ej. en caso de que el competidor sea menor de edad).
En caso de que la competencia se cancele, no se reembolsará bajo ningún concepto el dinero de la inscripción. En caso de ya haber realizado la transferencia, el pago quedará a favor del competidor para su inscripción en una futura competencia.
Para inscribirse a la competencia debe completar su registro siguiendo los pasos del ítem "Registro" (Register). Una vez hecho esto, recibirá un mail* con la información de pago. Luego de realizar la transferencia, se debe enviar un mail a las direcciones sebastianomre@gmail.com y gmonetti@worldcubeassociation.org detallando nombre/s y apellido/s del competidor y adjuntando una copia del comprobante (en su versión electrónica o una foto del ticket), sin esta información, el registro no será aceptado. Una vez hecha la transferencia, no se realizarán reembolsos bajo ningún concepto, salvo lo dicho sobre la cancelación del evento.
Ante cualquier duda relacionada al pago de la inscripción, contacte al organizador del evento (Sebastiano Benato).
Ni el Delegado de la WCA ni la organización del evento se harán responsables por transferencias que se realicen a cuentas equivocadas.
* El mail lo recibirá por parte de sebastianomre@gmail.com o gmonetti@worldcubeassociation.org. Para evitar estafas, se sugiere revisar la dirección del mail antes de realizar el pago.
Al proceder con el registro, usted afirma haber leído y estar de acuerdo con lo dicho en este apartado.

Attention: the competition may be canceled by the WCA Board if the pandemic situation gets worse.
Only one guest per competitor. Guests are allowed only if there is a justified reason (e.g. minors).
In case the competition gets cancelled, the registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. If you have already made the bank transfer, the payment will remain in your favor for a future competition registration.
You must complete your registration by following the steps in the "Register" section. Once this is done, you will receive an email* with the payment information. After making the transfer, you must send an email to sebastianomre@gmail.com and gmonetti@worldcubeassociation.org detailing first name/s and last name/s of the competitor and attaching a copy of the bank transfer receipt (in its electronic version or a photo of it), without this information, the registration will not be accepted. Once the transfer has been made, no refunds will be made under any circumstances, except for what has been said about the cancellation of the event.
