Registration requirements for the competition:
Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.
Register for this competition below.
There is a competitor limit of 120 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is Rp75,000 (Indonesian Rupiah).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of Rp100,000 (Indonesian Rupiah).
Kami menerapkan sistem siapa cepat, dia dapat (yang membayar terlebih dahulu akan terdaftar terlebih dahulu).
Biaya pendaftaran bergantung pada jumlah event yang diikuti dan tanggal periode registrasi:
Early Bird (hari terakhir pendaftaran dan pembayaran EB: 21 April 2019):
1-3 event: Rp. 75.000
4-6 event: Rp. 100.000
7-9 event: Rp. 125.000
Late Registration (22 April - 3 Mei 2019) dan On The Spot:
1-3 event: Rp. 100.000
4-6 event: Rp. 125.000
7-9 event: Rp. 150.000
On the spot registration: Datang dan bayar biaya pendaftaran pada hari H di meja registrasi.
On the spot registration hanya dibuka bila limit kompetitor belum tercapai pada hari H.
Contoh:
Yusuf mengikuti 5 event: 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, pyraminx, dan skewb, maka Yusuf harus membayar Rp100.000 (bila mendaftar setelah tanggal 22 April, maka Yusuf harus membayar Rp125.000).
Prosedur Pendaftaran:
1. Silahkan masukan nomor ponsel Whatsapp anda di komentar pendaftaran saat mendaftar
2. Lakukan pembayaran registras melalui transfer bank: BCA 4770008234 a/n Gerson Natanael
3. Konfirmasi dan kirim bukti pembayaran ke WhatsApp ke Gerson (087888633468) atau Yusuf (08989907547)
Format Konfirmasi: (nama)-(tanggal transfer)-(jumlah transfer)
Contoh: yusuf-24/4/2019-125.000
4. Registrasi hanya akan diterima dan dianggap selesai bila sudah melakukan pembayaran dan konfirmasi pembayaran
Kebijakan Refund:
* Refund hanya dapat dilakukan ketika sudah melengkapi registrasi namun tidak dapat berpartisipasi karena limit kompetitor
* Tidak ada refund untuk pengunduran diri atau registrasi yang tidak lengkap.
We are applying first come first serve basis for the registration.
The registration fee depends on the number of events participated and the date of registration period:
Early Bird (last day of registration and payment for EB: April 21, 2019):
1-3 event(s): Rp. 75.000
4-6 event(s): Rp. 100.000
7-9 event(s): Rp. 125.000
Late Registration (April 22 - May 3, 2019) and On The Spot:
1-3 event(s): Rp. 100.000
4-6 event(s): Rp. 125.000
7-9 event(s): Rp. 150.000
On the spot registration: Come and pay the fee on competition day at registration table.
On the spot registration will only be opened if the competitor limit has not been reached by the day of the competition.
Example:
Yusuf participate in 5 events: 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, pyraminx, and skewb; therefore, Yusuf has to pay Rp. 100.000 (if registered after April 22, he has to pay Rp. 125.000).
Registration procedure:
1. Please put your Whatsapp number in the comment section while filling the registration
2. Pay the registration fee via bank transfer to bank account: BCA 4770008234 a/n Gerson Natanael
3. Confirm your registration by sending the transfer payment reciept via WhatsApp to Gerson (087888633468) or Yusuf (08989907547)
Confirmation format: (name)-(date of transfer)-(amount of money transferred)
Example: yusuf-24/4/2019-125.000
4. Registration will only be accepted and considered completed when the payment and confirmation has been successfully done.
Refund policy:
* Refund can only be done when the registration has been accepted and completed but unable to participate due to competitor limit.
* No refunds will be made for withdrawal or incomplete registration.
