There is a competitor limit of 150 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 300,000 ₫ (Vietnamese Đồng).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Bảng lệ phí thi ở dưới đây. Tổng lệ phí thí sinh cần nộp tùy theo thời gian mà thí sinh hoàn thành đơn đăng ký (đã đăng ký trên website và nộp lệ phí đầy đủ), tính theo giờ Việt Nam. Các mức phí dưới đây tính theo VND.

Giấy chứng nhận thi đấu sẽ được gửi cho thí sinh dưới dạng file PDF. Nếu thí sinh muốn đăng ký nhận giấy chứng nhận bản cứng, thí sinh cần ghi chú trong phần "Bình luận" ở đơn đăng ký.
Lệ phí được thanh toán qua số tài khoản: NGUYEN HAI DUONG/19050200665013 (Techcombank). Các thí sinh nước ngoài vui lòng liên hệ BTC tại cubinghanoi@gmail.com để yêu cầu thanh toán tại chỗ.
Nội dung chuyển khoản: Tên + email + ngày sinh (dd/mm/yyyy) + WCA ID (nếu có) + các nội dung thi đấu (VD: Nguyen Hai Duong cubinghanoi@gmail.com 23/02/2005 2018DUON07 3x3 Pyra Mega)
Sau khi thanh toán, hãy gửi hóa đơn đến email cubinghanoi@gmail.com, với tiêu đề là họ và tên thí sinh. Đơn đăng kí sẽ được chấp nhận trong vòng 24h.
Nếu đơn đăng ký chưa đóng, thí sinh có thể thêm hoặc bớt nội dung thi đấu và được nhận hoàn tiền các nội dung đã bớt hoặc yêu cầu phải nộp bổ sung lệ phí các nội dung đăng ký thêm, hoặc hủy đơn đăng ký và nhận hoàn tiền toàn bộ. Sau khi đơn đăng ký đã đóng, BTC sẽ không tiếp nhận bất kỳ yêu cầu hoàn tiền nào.

Participation certificates will be emailed to competitors as a PDF file. If you wish to receive a printed certificate, please specify in the "Comments" section of your registration.
Fee payments can be made via wire transfer to NGUYEN HAI DUONG/19050200665013 (at Techcombank). Foreign competitors should reach out to the organizers at cubinghanoi@gmail.com to arrange for alternative payment methods.
Transaction note: Name + email + D.O.B (dd/mm/yyyy) + WCA ID (if applicable) + events (e.g. Nguyen Hai Duong cubinghanoi@gmail.com 23/02/2005 2018DUON07 3x3 Pyra Mega)
After payment, please attach the transaction confirmation screen to an email sent to cubinghanoi@gmail.com, with the title being the competitor's full name. Registrations will be accepted within 24h.
If registrations have not yet closed, competitors can add or remove events and are eligible to receive refunds for omitted events or be requested to pay additional fees for events they have added, or to cancel their registration and receive a full refund. No refunds will be granted after registration has closed.
