Registration requirements for the competition:
Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.
Register for this competition below.
There is a competitor limit of 100 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $30 (United States Dollar).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe below once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.
Payment
Upon registering, you will receive an email with the subject "Registration Pending: Davis Winter 2026". However, your registration is not complete until you have paid the registration fee. Contact the organizational team if you encounter an issue.
Registration Refunds
If you can no longer make the competition, you may request a full refund by contacting the organizational team before Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 11:00 PM.
Free Registration for UC Davis Students
If you're a UC Davis student that has not competed before at UC Davis, please mention your student status in the registration comments and email organizer Hamza Hafeez (hhafeez@worldcubeassociation.org) with a photo of your UC Davis student ID. Please do not enter any payment information; we will manually approve your registration without payment. Returning student competitors will be expected to help out throughout the competition and will be assigned staffing tasks. If you are unable to staff please contact the organizational team.
Staff Signup Information
If you are interested in staffing, you must fill out the staff interest form. For more information, see the "Staffing" tab. Note that filling out this form does not guarantee a spot on staff.
