This competition is part of the DFW Minicomp 2024 Competition Series. Other competitions in this Series are: Note: You can submit a registration for all competitions in a Series, but only one of those registrations can be confirmed and accepted. You will only be allowed to compete in one of the Series competitions!
There is a competitor limit of 36 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $25 (United States Dollar).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 75% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of $25 (United States Dollar).
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 2 guests.
There will be no refund to no-shows unless cancelled before the deadline (Monday, March 18, 2024 at 11:59 PM CDT)
Registration
- Registration is first come, first served based on the order of when payment is received.
Deleting Registration/Refunds
- If you register and later realize you cannot make the competiton, you can request a 75% refund (via the contact link on the General Info tab before registration closes.
- No refunds will be awarded after Monday, March 18, 2024 at 11:59 PM CDT.
Adding/Dropping Events
- Competitors may edit their registration to include more events BEFORE registration closes.
- Competitors may not add events after registration closes.
- Competitors may edit their registration to remove events. It is also acceptable to not show up for any event you do not wish to compete in.
Waitlist
- If the competitor limit has been reached, the waitlist opens. You can enter the waitlist by registering and paying the fee. Competitors will be accepted from the waitlist in the order that they paid.
- Competitors who do not make it off of the waitlist before the deadline (Monday, March 18, 2024 at 11:59 PM CDT) will receive a full refund shortly before the competition.
- No more registrations will be accepted from the waitlist after Monday, March 18, 2024 at 11:59 PM CDT.

In 48 hours, if you do NOT see your name on the Competitor List, then please reach out to us using the contact link on the General Info tab.
If the competitor limit is filled, you may still register and pay the registration fee if you wish, but you will be placed on a waitlist. Your registration will not be accepted unless a spot opens up.

If all competitions are filled with 36 competitors each, then you can be on the waitlist for all competitions. Please keep in mind:
- You will have to pay for all waitlists you wish to be on to be considered registered on the waitlist.
- Whichever waitlist you get off of first will be the one your registered. You cannot choose which one you prefer.
- A full refund will be given for any competition you did not make it off the waitlist for shortly after the deadline (Monday, March 18, 2024 at 7:00 PM CDT).
As long as registration is still open you can switch to another competition in the series, however, please keep in mind:
- If another competition is full, you will go to the end of the waitlist out of fairness to others.
- You will have to register and pay for the other competition. A 75% refund will be given for the competition you don't intend on competing in.
