Registration requirements for the competition:
Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.

There is a competitor limit of 35 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 10 Br (Belarusian Ruble).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of 10 Br (Belarusian Ruble).

Если Ваше имя не появляется в списке участников в течение 2-3 дней, пожалуйста, проверьте следующее:
1. Проверьте, что Вы действительно зарегистрировались на чемпионат. Для этого перейдите по этой ссылке
2. Проверьте, что Вы ввели имя в соответствии с инструкциями. Пример правильного варианта: Vladislav Pyatnitsa (Владислав Пятница).
3. Если Вы участвуете НЕ в первый раз, то убедитесь, что у Вас привязан WCA ID. Для этого можно перейти сюда. Если Вас встречает поле поиска, то значит, что Вы не привязали WCA ID
4. Если все вышеперечисленное выполнено - проверьте Вашу почту (в т.ч. папку "Спам"). Возможно, там есть письмо от организаторов. Если писем нет - напишите на почту vpyatnitsa@worldcubeassociation.org
На нашем чемпионате действует система штрафов.
А именно: в случае регистрации, но неявки на соревнования (без предупреждения заранее об этом организаторов и уважительной причины) участник должен:
заплатить штраф в размере 100% от изначального взноса для участия в следующих соревнованиях.
Например, если участник зарегистрировался на 1 дисциплину, то он обязуется заплатить 5 BYN,
а если на 2 и больше дисциплин, то 10 рублей при регистрации на любые будущие соревновании на
территории Республики Беларусь.
В случае, если на соревнования зарегистрируются более 35 человек, все последующие заявки будут помещены в список ожидания в порядке полного завершения регистрации. Если кто-то откажется до 3 ноября 2020 года, 23:59 МСК+2, будет принята первая заявка из списка ожидания, если кто-то откажется после — новая заявка принята не будет.
Разрешено добавлять и удалять дисциплины до 3 ноября 2020 года, 23:59 МСК+2. После этого срока заявки на добавление и удаление рассмотрены не будут. Чтобы не принимать участие в дисциплине, можно просто не приходить на вызов (тем не менее, мы просим вас по возможности заранее сообщать об отказе от участия в дисциплине).

4. If you've checked all this already, please check your email Inbox (and Spam) - maybe there is a message from the organizers. If you didn't receive any messages - please contact vpyatnitsa@worldcubeassociation.org
There is a system of penalties in our championship.
Namely: in case of registration, but failure to appear at the competition (without prior notice to the organizers and a good reason), the participant must:
pay a penalty of 100% of the initial payment to participate in the following competitions.
For example, if a participant has registered for 1 discipline, then he undertakes to pay 5 BYN,
and if for 2 or more disciplines, then 10 BYN when registering for any future competitions at
the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
In case the competitors list is full (35 competitors have registered for competition), all following registrations will be placed into waiting list in order of full registration to be complete. If someone in competitors list cancels their application till 3rd of November, 2020, 23:59 UTC+5, the organizers will accept first registration from the waiting list. If someone cancels their registration after the deadline, the organizers will not accept new registrations.
You can add and remove events till 3rd of November, 2020, 23:59 UTC+5. After that all the requests will not be processed. If you don't want to participate in any event, you can just no-show when we call you (nevertheless, we ask you to remove events in advance if you are sure that you will not participate).
