BITS Pilani Cube Open 2025

Registration requirements for the competition:

Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.
If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.
Register for this competition below.
There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹600 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

How to Register if you are a First Time Participant :

Step 1: Sign-up on WCA.

Step 2: Register for the competition by browsing to the BITS Pilani Cube Open 2025 competition page and click on Register on the left hand side of the page.

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the events in which you want to participate in and hit on Register.
Make sure you select the exact number of events in which you want to participate and pay in the next step.

Step 4: Pay the registration fees here and wait up to 48 hours for approval by the organizer.

How to Register if you are a Returning Participant :

Step 1: Sign-in using your email ID that you used for your previous competitions.

Step 2: Register for the competition by browsing to the BITS Pilani Cube Open 2025 competition page and click on Register on the left hand side of the page.

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the events in which you want to participate in and hit on Register.
Make sure you select the exact number of events in which you want to participate and pay in the next step.

Step 4: Pay the registration fees here and wait up to 48 hours for approval by the organizer.

How to Register if you are a BITS Student :

Students of BITS Pilani receive a 50% discounted prize of INR 300; this offer is valid only for 2 weeks from the start of registration.

Step 1: Sign-up if you are a first time participant. If you are a returning participant then sign-in using your email ID that you used for your previous competitions.

Step 2: Register for the competition by browsing to the BITS Pilani Cube Open 2025 competition page and click on Register on the left hand side of the page.

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the events in which you want to participate in and hit on Register.
Make sure you select the exact number of events in which you want to participate and pay in the next step.

Step 4: Pay the registration fees here and wait up to 48 hours for approval by the organizer.

There will NOT be any 'On the Spot' Registrations.
Wait for 1-2 days for your registration to be approved
