Alameda County Fair 2026

Registration requirements for the competition:

Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.
If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.
Register for this competition below.
There is a competitor limit of 150 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $25 (United States Dollar).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe below once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 75% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of $10 (United States Dollar).

Competitors may register in at most 2 events.

Event Limit and Timeslots:

You may compete in up to 2 of the events being held at this competition.
We will be using a timeslot format, where competitors will compete in their events during a pre-determined one-hour timeslot.
Use the COMMENT field to indicate your preferred timeslot. We will do our best to accomodate your preferrences, but cannot make any guarantees. You may indicate a 1st and 2nd preference if you'd like to.
If you will be travelling to the competition with other competitors, you may name them if you'd like to have the same timeslot as them.
- Timeslot 1: 9:45-10:45am
- Timeslot 2: 10:45-11:45am
- Timeslot 3: 11:45am-12:45pm
- Timeslot 4: 12:45-1:45pm
- Timeslot 5: 3:15-4:15pm
- Timeslot 6: 4:15-5:15pm
Note that although the fair does not open until noon, registered competitors and their guests will be able to enter before this.
Please arrive at the fair no more than 45 minutes prior to the start of your timeslot so you have time to enter the fair and find our location within the grandstand.
Sometime during the week prior to the competition (after registration closes), we will post timeslot information here and send a list of the assigned timeslots with a pre-competition email.

Fair Admission Included with ONLINE Registration:

After ONLINE registration closes, registered competitors will be issued a digital ticket so they and one guest can enter the Alameda County Fair on the day of the competition.
The digital tickets will be distributed via email after registration closes during the week before the competition.
Note that those who register on the spot will not receive this or any reimbursement for fair admission.
