I can log into this forum site, but my login name and password are not understood at the main page, http://www.worldcubeassociation.org/ . It even says my login id does not exist. If I give it my email address and request a new password, it says my email address, rjohnson_8ball@yahoo.com, is invalid. (Invalid because yahoo is a common spam source?) Is it for Administrators only? If so, the main site should say. I was hoping to log in so I could see if there were display options for my WCA id page. In particular, I would not mind toggling on an option that discloses my date of birth, Dec 10, 1954. Or disclosing the state in USA in which I live. Or to mention my interests and background. Ideally, a single login id and password should be applicable to both the main site and forum.

The login on the main page of the WCA website is intended for people who update the content of the WCA website. We are working on functionality for the Results section, where WCA members can update their profiles. Have fun, Ron

Perhaps it would be a good idea to remove this block, to avoid confusion? If the block isn't present, drupal users can still log in on this page: http://worldcubeassociation.org/user So there is no need for the login on the front page.
