Some question about Fewest Moves Regulation

I have some question about fewest moves regulation 1)Could I use "Inverse Scramble Technique"? 2)Do I only write solution in solution sheet. And can I use "x y z" that be count no move? 3)Could I use numbers stickers?

1) You can use any technique you want as long as you give a solution which is valid, unrelated to the scramble and that you can explain if requested. In particular, yes, you can use the reverse scramble technique if you want. 2) You can write your solution on any sheet provided by the organizers. And cube rotations cont as zero move. 3) Not sure, but I would say no.

Regarding 3), I know of one cuber at least who uses a cube with only three stickers on it.

What is "Inverse Scramble Technique"?

[quote="BryanLogan":d58h37hh]What is "Inverse Scramble Technique"?[/quote:d58h37hh] I would assume he means apply the inverse scramble, find a solution to it, and submit the inverse of your solution. That is definitely valid. I'm not clear on whether "3 cubes (self supplied)" means that they have to be fully stickered, or whether they can be stickered in such a way that's not legal for solving. As for 2, often organizers will provide a solution sheet for you to use, which you should use. If you don't use such a sheet, make sure it's extremely clear what your solution. If you have three algorithms circled, two boxed, and one underlined, with arrows pointing all over the page and no indication which one is your actual solution, you'll probably be given a DNF.
