Standard sheets

It would be a good idea to add some standard sheets at the end of the regulations, could be useful material for competitions. Not mandatory to use them, but at least they would help organizers think about details. Another purpose is to make the competition clearer to competitors. Sometimes it's hard for them to know the details (even when they're not changing suddenly), while they should just have to look at the board. And make original documents available on the website, for people who want to customize them or to add information inside before printing. - Score sheet, ready to print. - Competition schedule, that would display everything you need to know: events, format used, groups, place to qualify, main judge, room and so on. - Standard fewest-moves sheet, with room for details about the competitor, notation information, maybe the scrambling sequence, and forms for solutions submission that would fix move spacing. - Other?

Ron has talked about a competition Wiki, and this stuff would go in there.

Definitely good stuff for the wiki.

I was actually going to post a thread simular to this. I would like to have it mandatory for not only the judge to have to sign the score sheets, but the competitors as well. I know people are going to be like, "YOU SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE SHEET YOURSELF", but I am only human, I do not remember to check it every time, nor do most people. I have had many time issues with this and think it will help a lot with wrong times.

I also clarified what I meant (worded the regulations) a bit further down the page.
