On the home page it says "User Login" Then you type in your username and password. Where do I make an account?

You already made an account for wca. but not for that. That is for:
Ron and Bob who update the website to put in competition data, cube news and ect.
and other people who may update the website.

When you attend a competition and compete In an event, then you get a profile and a WCA Id
