That says that its not possible to have a competition with only female competitors, i dont know if someone would want that but perhaps to make more female cube someone would like to arrange such a competition. It would be sad if someone did, and then couldnt count it as an official competition.

Nope, the females would just have to form their own club first, and then hold a closed competition for the members of that club.
