Need Speed!!

Hey, I started cubing a little bit ago and i an averaging right around the 38 second range and i was wondering if anybody had a good site where the fridrich method is taught... i have been using a really bland layer method and the 31.67 i did is the fastest i think its gonna get... if anyone could help me out that would be awesome.. thanks snap
