Blindfold start

In the regulations there's only the start of a blindfold event with a stopwatch. When using a stackmat, I did see two differents starts in competition : - when Ron judged me, he said that he will uncover the cube just at the same time as I will put my hands off the timer. I find it good, but risky because what happens if the judge don't uncover the cube while the timer did start ?? - for everybody else judging me, he/she uncovers the cube and then I start the timer. Again, we have to put some rules like "if the competitor don't take the cube 2 seconds after it has been uncovered, DNF", etc... What I propose when using a stackmat is that the competitor uncovers the cube himself, simply, he will loose some time but as everybody will loose the same time... (Matyas will start to practice the uncovering of the cube ;) ) Clément

I think these rules already apply: A4d2) The competitor must start the solve within 3 seconds. Penalty: 2 seconds. A4d3) The competitor must start the solve within 5 seconds. Penalty: disqualification of the solve.
