Dear Community, An incident at Canadian Open 2015 was detailed here: [url:1xfta3kl]https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1972[/url:1xfta3kl], with a note that the WDC would be following up on the actions of the competitor (under 18 years old) who communicated the scramble to Rami and whether any disciplinary action was in order. A decision has been made that no further action is warranted, aside from the action taken at the time to disqualify them from the 2x2x2 event. Please note that not all the details of the incident have been made public and the WDC has gathered statements from as many people as possible to determine exactly what happened. In this case the person in question was not fully to blame and his/her actions were not unreasonable enough to warrant any further action. We would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that the secrecy of scrambles is extremely important and those compromising this will be investigated fully and further action may be taken, as well as disqualification from the event. Regards, WCA Disciplinary Committee
