TNoodle-WCA-0.13.2 is now available from https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/regulations/scrambles/
The following changes have been made since TNoodle 0.12.0:

This new release fixes a bug occurring in specific browsers with TNoodle 0.13.1, where the generated zip file would miss its extension.
Both TNoodle 0.13.2 and TNoodle 0.13.1 are current versions of the scramble program, and either can be used to generate scrambles for a competition.

Please remember that official competitions must use a current version of the official scramble program. This is always available from:
https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/regulations/scrambles/
