För att ta del av rabatten är det bara att vara registrerad i SveKubs medlemsregister, sedan anmäler du dig som vanligt. Alla betalar fullt pris till att börja med, och vi betalar tillbaka 25% till de som är medlemmar. Vi verifierar medlemskapet och återbetalar rabatten senast när anmälan stängt. I framtiden hoppas vi kunna ha ett något smidigare system, men anmälningssystemet kan i dagsläget inte ha olika anmälningsavgifter för olika personer.

Vill du också arrangera en tävling?

Du kan också arrangera en tävling i din stad! Det enda kravet är att du har koll på en lokal som hade passat bra för en tävling. Det kan vara allt från matsalar, gymnastiksalar, bygdegårdar, folkets hus och klubb- eller samlingslokaler. Själva tävlingen kan pågå i bara ett par timmar på en vardagskväll eller en hel långhelg, du bestämmer. Därefter kan SveKub hjälpa till med det du inte kan eller vill göra själv, såsom tävlingsschema, budget och hemsida. Mer information om och hur det går till att arrangera en tävling finns här.

SveKub

This competition is organized together with SveKub.

As a member of SveKub, you always have a 25% discount on competitions. The membership is free, but is only available for Swedish citizens.
Read more about becoming a member on our website or become a member right away.

To get the discount, you simply need to be registered as a SveKub member. After that, you register as normal and we will verify which competitors are members and which are not. Everyone pays full price at first, and we will then refund 25% to members. We verify the membership and refund the discount at latest once when registration has closed. In the future, we hope to have a slightly more convenient system, but the current registration system can not have different registration fees for different people.

Do you also want to organize a competition?

You can also organize a competition in your city! The only requirement is that you know a venue that would be suitable for a competition. It can be anything from canteens, sport halls, community centers and club or meeting rooms. You decide for how long the competition should run, anything from a couple of hours on a weekday to an entire weekend is a possibility. After that, SveKub can help with what you can't or don't want to do yourself, such as a competition schedule, budget and website. Dual rounds

This competition will feature dual rounds in all events (most likely, see below).
Dual rounds is a new round format which the WCA is currently testing, where all competitors advance from round 1 to round 2, and the best result is used for ranking in the dual round.

For 4BLD, 5BLD, Multi-blind, and Fewest Moves, we will only have the dual rounds.
For 3BLD, we will first have a dual round, from which 75% proceed to the third and final round.

Please note: As this format is not fully integrated into all WCA software, rounds are sometimes displayed incorrectly. The tabs Events and Schedule may display different advancement conditions, but dual rounds will be used as discribed on this page unless otherwise communicated.

Potential fallback

This competition has been selected to be part of the format testing.
This means that - as long as no serious technical issues discovered - we will be using dual rounds.
However, if issues are discovered at other test competitions before this one, we may need to scratch our test, and instead fall back to a normal 75% proceeding format. If so, we will update this page, and email all registered competitors. This may happen on short notice.

Integrated Live Results

As WCA Live does not have support for dual rounds, we will also be using (and testing) a new scoretaking system called Integrated Live Results.

Första tävlingen?

Om det här är din första WCA-tävling, välkommen! Kom dock ihåg att de vanligaste grenarna inte kommer hållas på denna tävling.
Det är viktigt att du läser igenom alla flikar här på sidan, eftersom det finns mycket viktig information där.

Om du aldrig tävlat förut bör du ha med ett giltigt ID, till exempel ett pass eller körkort, för att intyga att dina personuppgifter stämmer. Om den tävlande inte har ett ID kan en förälder bekräfta dessa uppgifter.

Kom ihåg:

Varje tävande ansvarar över att följa WCA:s Regler. Deltagare rekommenderas därför att bekanta sig med WCA:s reglemente innan man deltar på en officiell tävling, för att undvika tidstillägg m.m. Reglerna finns även översatta till svenska, men tänk på att det är den engelska originalversionen som gäller om det skulle finnas några skillnader.

Du måste vara anmäld till tävlingen online för att få tävla! Du kan anmäla dig här (glöm ej att ändra tävlings-ID i URL:en, samt ta bort denna varning).

Du måste vara redo att tävla när din grupp startar. Du behöver bara vara på plats i lokalen under de grenar där du planerar att delta. Du behöver dock vara på plats i lokalen senast 15 minuter innan din första gren ska börja, så du hinner fullfölja incheckningen, och för att vara på den säkra sidan ifall schemat påverkas något under tävlingen.

Fotografering med blixt är förbjudet i hela lokalen! Blixtar är störande för tävlande. Fotografering utan blixt är tillåtet.

Publik måste befinna sig 1,5 meter ifrån tävlingsstationerna och tävlingsområdet. Annars finns risken att man stör andra tävlande eller tävlingsproceduren.

Man får inte prata om blandningarna innan man tävlat färdigt i pågående gren. Annars finns risken att man blir diskvalificerad.

Denna tävling använder inte WCA Live för live-resultat, utan istället Integrated Live Results. Där kan du se vilka resultat du fick, och ifall du gick vidare till nästa omgång.

Du finner gruppindelningarna på competitiongroups.com. Alla tävlar inte samtidigt i de olika grenarna, utan deltagarna delas vanligtvis in i grupper. På denna sida kan du se vilken grupp du tävlar i för de grenar du är anmäld. På större tävlingar förbestäms även exempelvis domaruppdrag för de lite mer erfarna deltagarna, och i dessa fall finns även dessa publicerade på hemsidan ovan.

Håll koll på er e-mail. Några dagar innan tävlingen skickas ibland deltagarmail ut, där vi tar upp diverse viktig information för deltagare att känna till. I detta mail kommer också eventuella ändringar sedan tävlingen annonserades tas upp. Om det finns annan information som vi snabbt måste kommunicera till deltagare så kommer detta också ske via e-mail, därför är det viktigt att ni håller koll på er e-mail regelbundet.

Important info

First competition?

If this is your first WCA competition, welcome! However, remember that the most common events will not be held at this competition. Make sure to read through all tabs on this page as there is a lot of important information there.

If you have never competed before, you should bring a valid ID, for example a passport or driver's licence, to verify your birth date and nationality. If the competitor does not have an ID, a parent can confirm this information.

Remember:

Each competitor is responsible for following the WCA Regulations. It is recommended that participants familiarize themselves with the WCA Regulations before attending an official competition, to avoid time penalties, etc.

You must be registered for this competititon online in order to compete! You can register here (don't forget to change the competition ID in the URL, as well as to remove this warning).

You must be ready to compete when your group starts. You only need to be present at the venue during the events in which you plan to compete. However, you need to be present at the venue no later than 15 minutes before your first event starts so that you have enough time to complete the check-in, and also compensate for any slight changes in schedule.

No flash photography in the entire venue! Flash is distracting to the competitors. Pictures without the use of flash are allowed.

Spectators should remain 1.5 meters away from the solving stations and the competition area. Otherwise, you might distract other competitors or disrupt the competition flow.

You are not allowed to talk about the scrambles until the round is done Otherwise, you risk getting disqualified.

This comptition will not use WCA Live for live results, but instead Integrated Live Results. There you can see what results you got, and whether you progressed to the next round.

You can find the group divisions at competitiongroups.com. Everyone will not compete in the different events at the same time, instead they are divided into groups. On this page you can see which group you compete in for the events you are registered for. At larger competitions, for example, judge assignments are also predetermined for the slightly more experienced participants, and in these cases these are also published on the website above.

Check your email A few days before the competition, you might receive a participant email where we will address various important information for participants to know. This email will also include any changes made since the competition was announced. If there is any other urgent information which we need to communicate to competitors, then it will be done through email so therefore it is important that you check your email regularly.

Med kollektivtrafik

Med buss: SNU avgår från Nils Ericsson-terminalen (söderifrån) eller Stenungsund (norrifrån). Gå av hållplats "Kodemotet". Från hållplatsen är det ca 20-25 minuters promenad till tävlingslokalen. Hämtning från busshållplatsen kan eventuellt samordnas och arrangeras.
Med tåg: Västtåg trafikerar för tillfället inte Kode station.
Bussförbindelserna trafikeras av Västtrafik. Tidtabeller samt biljetetter hittar du via Västtrafiks app ToGo.

By car

By public transit

By bus: SNU departs from Nils Ericsson terminal (from the south) or Stenungsund (from the north). Get off at the "Kodemotet" stop. From the stop it is about a 20-25 minute walk to the competition venue. Pick-up from the bus stop can be coordinated and arranged.
By train: Västtåg is currently not operating at Kode station.
Bus connections are operated by Västtrafik. Timetables and tickets can be found via Västtrafik's ToGo app.
Remember that members of SveKub travel with up to a 10% discount with SJ, more information can be found on Sverok's website. Travel with all of Sweden's public transport companies can be searched for via Resrobot.se.

The venue has allowed us to sleep on the floor of the venue for free, during the nights before Saturday and Sunday.

Mat:

Lokalen har fullutrustat kök med spis, ugn, micro, kylskåp och frys.
I Kode centrum, ca 15 minuter promenad från lokalen, finns ICA-butik (öppet 7-22) samt två pizzerior.

The venue has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.
In Kode centrum, about 15 minutes walk from the venue, there is an ICA store (open 7-22) and two pizzerias.

* Nudda cover eller ögonbindel med mer än en hand efter att timern startat = +2

At this competition we will arrange two unofficial disciplines: 3x3x3 with blindfold and one hand and 2x2x2 with blindfold
