IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS BRINGING GUESTS

If you are planning to bring guests to the competition, you MUST complete the guest registration form:

Each participant may register up to 3 guests.
Please note: the form must be completed before competition registration closes. The information provided in the form will be used to grant guests access to the university.
If you do not complete the form on time, your guests will not be added to the access list and WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to enter the university or attend the competition.
Please do not leave this until the last moment. Make sure to register all of your guests in advance.

Near the venue there are stops "RC Promenad EXPO" and "RC Orynbor Towers". Buses 43, 70, 27, 12 go to them.
But we recommend using the "Yandex Taxi" application.
Those who have questions about the route or the competition can contact the organizers.

There would be instructions about rules and regulations at the beginning of the competition, and all newbies have to attend it. The organizers are not responsible if a participant's attempt gets disqualified due to them not knowing the WCA regulations.

Each competitor must look after their personal belongings. The organizers are not responsible for them.

All participants must have a document confirming their identity.

There will be photo and video filming, and you automatically give your consent by registering for the competition.

You can track your results on WCA Live. A few days after the end of the competition, they will be on the WCA database, and you will be able to check your national, continental, and world ranking.

All competitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

Parents and/or guardians should provide a written consent confirming that the orginizers are not responsible for the competitor if they cannot acompany the competitor.

The registration fee is 5000 KZT for any number of events.

Foreign participants can pay the registration fee on the spot. After your registration is confirmed, you will be asked to provide the copy of your ticket in order to make sure that you will participate in the competition.
