Registration Fee: $5+n, where n is the number of events you will compete in x $1.00. Tentative events, if held, will be free. You will be given the option to pay by PayPal; however, if you choose to pay on the day of the competition (9/17/11) the registration fee will be raised to $10 as a base and $2 for each additional event.

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
