La participación en este torneo requiere de la comprensión de los siguientes requisitos:
1. Conocer el reglamento de la WCA ya que este es un torneo oficial.
2. Elegir los eventos a inscribir cuidadosamente luego de revisar las pestañas Eventos y Cronograma. Prestar atención a los formatos de las rondas y a sus cortes y límites.
3. Inscribirse electrónicamente completando el proceso aquí.
4. Hacer el pago de la inscripción en persona con José Leonardo Chaparro Prieto (C.C. 1019060158) o por Efecty.
5. De hacerse por Efecty, enviar captura de imagen al WhatsApp de José Leonardo Chaparro Prieto al número 3057451157 o 3196045295, junto con el nombre del participante.
6. Esperar a que el registro electrónico sea aceptado.

The participation in this competition requires the comprehension and acceptance of the following requirements:
• Being familiar with the WCA rules since this is an official competition.
• Carefully choosing the events. Keep the rounds format, cutoffs and limits in mind.
• Registering online completing the process here.
• Paying your registration personally with José Leonardo Chaparro Prieto (C.C. 1019060158) or via Efecty.
• In the case of using Efecty, sending an image of the receipt through WhatsApp to the number 3057761145 or 3196045295 with the competitior's name.
• Waiting for your registration to be approved online.

El torneo tiene un límite en el número de participantes igual a 50 personas. Recomendamos completar el registro con la debida anticipación. El registro se cerrará cuando el límite de participantes se alcance, o en su defecto, el 15 de Agosto de 2018.
COSTO
El costo de la inscripción es de $ 20.000 COP para cualquier número de categorías. Ver detalles de pago en las instrucciones de registro
La opción de hospedaje más cercana al lugar del torneo es Hostel Enjoy Colombia (Calle 22 # 37L-34 Teusacá), Calle 22 # 37L-34 Barrio Teusacá (Desde $30000 COP), Detrás de antigua discoteca Aguapanela, bajando por la Yamaha de la 40.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
