Cutoff The ranking or time to meet to proceed to the second phase of a combined round (see Regulation 9g).
Time Limit If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

TRAIN
Rovigo station.
Leaving the train station take via Guglielmo Marconi (the one perpendicular to the railway, just out of the station) at the end of the street, 200m, the hotel is on the left.

BUS
From the Corriere Station it is sufficient to cross Viale Porta Adige.

CAR
From the A13 Bologna-Padova motorway, exit at Rovigo. The venue is 4km away.

Anyone registering declares to acknowledge the WCA regulations and accepts them. Registration is limited to 50 competitors.

Registration will open on January 2nd and will close on February 1st, 00:00 CET (UTC+1)

Registration process:

1. Register for the competition on the World Cube Association website;
2. After registration you'll be able to see the button to pay the 10€ registration fee;
3. Remember to check your email address: an email confirmation of your participation will be sent 1-2 weeks before the event.

Note: You will be considered registered only after you have paid the registration fee.

Guests: free.

Refund:

You can have a full refund if you delete your registration by January 28th, 23:59 CET (UTC+1)

The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
During the competition competitors will be divided into groups.
