Depending on the number of competitiors who compete in 3x3 the schedule is subject to change to accomodate the removal of round 4 per Regulation 9m1.

Please double check the schedule the week of to see any pertinent changes as well as the possibility of changing the number of people to subsequent rounds as well, including, but not limited to the day of the event.

There is a competitor limit of 120 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $15 (United States Dollar).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.


The WCA Stripe payment system is being used for this competition. You will be prompted to pay following registration. You are not considered registered until you pay via Stripe. There will be no at-the-door registration accepted under any circumstances. Spectators may attend for free and Kent State University students, faculty, or other employees may compete free of charge. Please email the organization team to prompt us to waive your payment.

If you paid but do not see your name on the registration list, please wait 48 hours prior to emailing the organizational team. Despite the use of the Stripe payment system, organizers still have to manually move competitors to the approved competitor list following payment.

No refunds will be granted under any circumstances following online registration. Please be sure that you can attend prior to registering.

Parking is free of charge to all in the Visitor Parking lot across from the MAC Center.
Please note that neglecting to park in the visitor may result in receiving a parking ticket.

Fresco will be providing a Thanksgiving themed taco bar at the competition free of charge to competitors. Competitors will recieve a lunch pass at the check in table and redeem them at lunch. After those with tickets go through the taco bar spectators may then go through the taco bar.

Food can also be purchased on the first floor of the student center at multiple restaurants such as Subway, Fresco, Auntie Anne's Pretzels, Einstein's Bagels, etc.

Other restaurants such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Twisted Meltz, Taco Tontos and multiple pizza places can be found in downtown Kent which is about a 15 minute walk from the venue.

Form

We will be selling shirts availive in sizes Adult Small to Adult Large a half hour before lunch, during lunch, and for a half hour after lunch.

Shirts will be sold on a first come first serve bases at $20 each

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
