Welcome to Katipunan One Big F2L! This competition features the events 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, 3x3 One-Handed, Skewb, 4x4 Blindfolded, and 5x5 Blindfolded, with 3x3 Cube as the main event.

NOTE: With the venue's limited size, we highly encourage competitors to limit the number of guests accompanying them to ensure that the venue is not overcrowded. Competitors are also required to indicate the names of their accompanying guests for campus venue access, please refer to the Venue Access tab for more details.

We also encourage reading through all information tabs to be properly informed of additional information and requirements needed for registration and competing.

This competition is hosted by Cubers and Friends, and is not affiliated with Ateneo de Manila University in any form.

There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₱450 (Philippine Peso).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.


The registration fee for this competition will be Php 450.00 for 3 events, and additional Php 50.00 per event thereon.
First-time Competitors may register with a fee of Php 400.00 for 3 events, and additional Php 50.00 per event thereon.
The registration fee is non-refundable, including when deleting an event.

All competitors are also strictly required to list down the names of guests accompanying them for venue access during registration, else they may be restricted from entering the competition venue. Please check the Venue Access tab for additional details and forms.

FOR FOREIGN COMPETITORS
Registration payments may be paid by competitors travelling from other countries through cash until the day of the competition with an advance notice with proof of travel at least two weeks before the competition in order to fully secure the registration slot. Please contact the Cubers and Friends Organizing Team regarding the payment and registration, or if you wish to pay through another preferred method of payment.

Please indicate the name of competitor, and events registered or number of events registered in the message tab in the GCash app before sending payment, and send the receipt of payment to the Cubers and Friends Organizing Team through e-mail at cubersandfriends.org@gmail.com. Failing to confirm your registration payments through e-mail will render your registration null, void, and non-refundable.

UPDATE: A STRICT 2 GUEST PER-COMPETITOR POLICY WILL TAKE PLACE DUE TO UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES. PLEASE BE GUIDED ACCORDINGLY.

ALL COMPETITORS AND GUESTS are REQUIRED to fill in the Ateneo de Manila University Campus Access Form, which may be accessed here. Please fill in the form 1-2 DAYS or 24-48 HOURS BEFORE COMPETITION DAY: Campus Access Form

In addition, all competitors are STRICTLY REQUIRED to indicate the names of guests accompanying them in the MESSAGES tab of registration, else they cannot enter the venue.

FIRST TIME COMPETITORS

All newcomers are required to read the WCA First-time Competitor Guide document to familiarize yourself of the WCA regulations used to govern WCA-sanctioned competitions. Additionally, please watch this competitor tutorial by WCA Senior Delegate Kit Clement of the USA.

ALL COMPETITORS

Please make sure to bring your Vaccination Card in case that the venue requires you to present it.

When you arrive at the competition venue, kindly follow the following steps:
1. Head to the registration table and sign on the competitor masterlist.
2. Get your Certificate of Participation, Event Schedule and grouping/officiating Team Assignment. You will be assigned to officiate at some point during the competition so be sure to take note of your assignement to avoid being disqualified. As per WCA Regulation 1e2, all competitors must be ready to officiate when called or assigned to. Declining such assignment merits disqualification at the discretion of the WCA Delegate.
3. Go inside the venue hall and wait for the competition to start.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced across rounds (see Guideline A1a2++).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
