¹ In a 'Combined' round, you are required to get a result below the cut-off to complete your average. For events with the 'Mean of 3' format, you have one attempt to get under the cutoff, and for events with the 'Average of 5' format, you have two attempts to get a single result under the cutoff.
² If the solve time exceeds the 'Time-limit', the competitor will be asked to stop and the result will be a DNF.
³ The total time for all three of a competitor's 3x3x3 Blindfolded attempts must not exceed 15 minutes.

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
