All Competitors
Please try to arrive at least 30 minutes early for the events you are competing in to ensure that you are on time for your events
We will use regulation 9p3 as much as we can, so if you do not arrive to compete by the event is ending your spot may be given up to the next competitor in the rankings.
To keep the competition running on time and to ensure we can keep all events we will be requiring competitors to also judge. If you are in the first group of an event you will then judge the second group, if in the second group you will judge the third group and so on - if you are in the last group you will judge the first group. This is essential to keep the events on schedule. We also invite any parents or guests to also help to judge - thank you for your support. Please arrive to attend the Judges tutorial if you need to.

New Competitors and First Timers for an Event(s)
This competition will have only have Fewest Moves, Blindfolded Events, 6x6, 7x7, Megaminx, and Feet! If it is your first time competing in these events, please make sure you are familiar with the WCA regulations regarding Fewest Moves, Blindfolded, and Feet solving before the competition.

If you want to come and spectate during the blindfolded and fewest moves events that is okay, but make sure to be completely quiet in respect for the competitors doing their attempts. Noise can be very distracting to competitors during these events. Also know that space is limited.

In each event we will have rounds. We will take the top competitors into subsequent rounds. After a round is completed it will be entered into Cubecomps.com Your name will be highlited if you are advancing to the next round.
Each round will be divided into groups to help them run more efficiently. We will call the groups in order with a last call during the last group. You inspect all the puzzles before hand, start the timer, solve them all, and stop the timer. In a two man mini guildford, 2 people solve all those puzzles together in the exact same manner with 1 timer and still only those 10 puzzles in total for both of them.
