This competition is a US Nationals 2017 Qualifying competition. While the competition is called Qualifornia, prospective competitors do not need to live in California to register.
Registration fee: $10 base fee to compete, plus $5 to compete in 3x3, and plus $2 per each additional event.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
