The base registration fee for this competition is $15 (United States Dollar).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of $20 (United States Dollar).

Venue:
The Fitness and Athletics Center is located south of the central campus. Please follow the "Admissions" sign and enter through Farm Dr.

Parking:
Parking is available in the FAC parking lot, in front of the venue. Additional parking is available if FAC lot is filled up.

Dining:
Summit Square is available with many restaurants right across Newtown-Langhorne Rd (via Drayton Cir). The walk usually takes 5 to 10 minutes.

For First-Time Competitors

All newcomers must be familiar with the WCA Regulations before competing. This video gives a basic overview of the rules.

For All Competitors

When you arrive, you will receive a card with personalized information detailing your events and what group you will be competing in for each event. In addition, you will also have judging/scrambling assignments on your card. Every competitor is expected to help out during the event(s) they are registered for. The card will look like the following:

If you do not arrive to help during your scheduled event, and there are not enough staff members, we reserve the right to disqualify you from competing.

As the competitor limit has been reached, we will be creating a waitlist for those intending to compete but was unable to be accomodated in said limit. If a confirmed competitor decides to cancel their registration, we will accept waitlisted competitors ranked according to payment time.

Note: Your registration will NOT be complete until you have paid the registration fee or have it waived (for GS students and faculty). You will NOT be placed on the waitlist if your registration is incomplete.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
