This competition is focused on the BLD, fewest moves and big cube events. Keep in mind that you need to stay quiet during the BLD events to not disturb the competitors. If you're participating in the competition you are expected to help out with judging, scrambling, running etc. to keep the competition running smoothly. Spectators are welcome though most of the event that are held are pretty long and boring to watch.
There will be a competitor limit of 40 persons and the entry fee is set to 50 SEK. Check out the other tabs for more details.

Tomas Kristiansson won with a single solve of 59.05 seconds in the 3x3x3 Blindfolded event. Jakob Gunnarsson finished second (1:18.87) and Simon Westlund finished third (1:23.02).

Registration is made through the WCA website. The competitor limit is set to 40 due to venue constrains. When or if the limit is reached, we wont accept more registrations and you will be placed on a waiting list.

The central station in Kungsbacka is located 4 minutes away from the venue and trains to Gothenburg and Malmö leaves every 30 minutes

The closest Hotel is located 5 minutes away and is called "Hotel Halland" (http://www.hotellhalland.se/)
There is also a hotel 15 mintues away called "Vandrarhemmet nattmössan" (http://www.nattmossan.se/)

There is a shopping mall 5 minutes away called "Kungsmässan". It has a supermarket, clothing stores and foodcourts. There is also a Mcdonalds, Subway, Indian, Chinese and a lot of other resturants located 5-10 minutes away in the city center by the old town square.

Note that you are allowed to bring food and drinks to the venue but no nuts are allowed because of allergies.
Remember to clean all your trash when you leave so that we can make the cleanup and Award ceremony more effective

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
