The base registration fee for this competition is ₹250 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Registrations will be approved only after you complete your registration in WCA and make the payment.
PS: Registrations will be approved manually, so it will take up to 2 working days to approve after you complete your payment.

Participants must register through the 'Register' tab on this page as well as buy the event ticket corresponding to their registration. The event ticket has to be bought here (the payment portal is no longer active).

It may take upto 2 days for your registration to be approved after payment as the registrations are approved manually.

The fee structure is, as given on the payment portal given above, Rs. 200 + 50 * (no of events). For example, to participate in 4 events, you will need to pay 200 + 50 * 4 = Rs. 400.

  • The registration fee is non-refundable.
  • Registrations will end on Sunday, 21st October 2018 at 11:59 P.M.
  • There is a participation limit of 120 competitors.
  • No requests for exceptions would be entertained once registrations have closed.

There are no on the spot registrations. All participants must register online.

CMI students need not pay to register. Instead, they must register through the 'Register' tab and mention their CMI roll number in the additional comments section.

Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI) Campus is located within SIPCOT IT Park, Siruseri, opposite the SIPCOT TCS Building.

Instructions to reach CMI are available on the CMI website.
Suggested buses from Madhya Kailash bus stop near IIT Madras : 570 to SIPCOT IT Park Gate / 570S to TCS 2nd gate inside SIPCOT.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
