[2010 Ideas] Solved State Illustrations

During competitions I noticed many competitors even if they read the regulations (maybe not fully comprehended to) discuss about puzzle solved states. Most/all of the puzzles that were discussed are those that does not have an image illustration on the WCA Regulations page[/url:ypd4lw44]. I suggest that the regulations page should have images/illustrations of the solved and so as its penalty state. This maybe a small revision to the regulations but I'm pretty sure this will come handy specially for those who are starting out speedcubing.

Hi unscarred, Thanks for the feedback. Please explain for which specific cases we need extra images. Ron

It might be a good idea to have images for the square-1, the clock and the magics.
Hi unscarred, Thanks for the feedback. Please explain for which specific cases we need extra images. Ron[/quote:rp14cgla] Actually it was mentioned by MadsMohr specially on Magic/Master Magic (we spent more time officiating on this puzzle than any other event with at least two judge). For Megaminx an image of =<36* will be great (I don't know in other competitions but we often had +2 penalties) and so as for pyraminx the =<60* also. I know its already stated on the regulations but again for starters and lazy guys who cram for rules just the day before the competition it will surely come in handy. Anyways Math books uses illustration specially when it comes to degrees of elevation is at hand so it my as well work fine for the regulations.
