Incident: Two competitors attempted to help investigate a duplicate scramble situation

Incident description and resolution:

During 4x4 Blindfolded, a competitor claimed that a duplicate scramble is given. Two other competitors went to check the scramble at the solving station, which is something only the Delegate should do. The other two competitors saw the scramble, which they hadn't received yet.

Although competitors must not attempt to gain information about future scrambles, it was clear in this situation that the competitors made a mistake in trying to be helpful, and were not attempting to cheat by trying to check the scramble.

The WRC decided to uphold the Delegate's decision, which was to generate extra scrambles for these competitors.
