Incident: Pyraminx attempt was identified as misscramble

Incident description and resolution:

A competitor broke the Algerian National Record in the final round of Pyraminx. The WDC found out that the puzzle was not scrambled correctly and the misscrable was clearly easier than the official scramble. The competitor was granted a provisional extra attempt at the competition.

The WRC decided to replace the original attempt with the extra attempt.
