2009: Scramble Publication

RSS for 2x2x2, Square-1, and Pyraminx are slowly being dealt with, so I have only one proposition for scrambles:

I would like to require competition scrambles to be made available online after a competition, within at most a week after the competition ends. It's a bit of public accountability, and it is not too difficult to keep scrambles saved; print everything to PDF first (there are free tools for this), and put them in a folder and concatenate/zip them.
There are also many places for the scrambles to be copied to/uploaded online. Eventually, we might even be able to add them to the database.

I am not in favor, at least not in 2009.
But Lucas, we could start a good habit and see who follows us.
