I also wanted to ask the WRC about the english level used in those Regulations.
It would be great to have it written in simple english, for all those who don't have that "strong command of the language", as you said in another post.
I'm sure you already thought about it, but when i saw in Indonesia for example, the english level of the WCA Delegates, I have been really thinking about this.
Not to say that they don't speak english hey
(i'm not very proud of mine, i wouldn't spit on someone else's !)
I met few delegates in Indonesia, and also lots of competitors, and had very very nice time with them, but as you know, the english language there is not spoken by a lot of people, and i met actually 2 or 3 guys who have a very good english level (by very good, i mean they can have a discussion about a lot of things, with not hesitations, they have a lot of vocab and stuff), but for most of the cubing community, they know just basic english, and this happens in a lot of countries !
I say again that i'm sure you already think about it, and i don't want to show pretentious at all, just want to explain my mind
EDIT : I have just seen there is a translation in Indonesian, so it breaks my reasonning
but it remains valid to other countries anyway.
