- Make sure you will be available at the venue at least 15 minutes before your event starts. You won't be allowed to participate in an event if you reach late.
- If you're participating in a WCA competition for first time or not aware of competition rules, make sure that you attend the tutorial session.

There is a competitor limit of 150 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ৳500 (Bangladeshi Taka).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 80% of your registration fee.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of ৳900 (Bangladeshi Taka).

Extra fee (per 4 events): 100 BDT
Example:
If you are participating in 2 events, fees will be 500.
If you are participating in 6 events, fees will be 600.
If you are participating in 10 events, fees will be 700.For students of St. Joseph Higher Secondary School, All 10 events = 600 BDT
Note for refund
In case you want to cancel your registration, you can apply for a refund of the registration fee by 31st August 2019 (31/08/2019) by contacting us through mail or on Facebook. The refund will be made by reversing your transaction from your payment method, not in cash. NO requests for refund will be entertained post the deadline.Spot Registration fee
Note: For spot registration, you will be allowed to register only for those events which takes place at least 30 minutes after you register. So, if you want to do spot registration for an event, you should register for it at least 30 minutes before the start of the event.
Spot registration will only be available if the 150 competitor limit isn't crossed.Spot reg. fee: 900 BDT (Any number of events + lunch)

For those of you new to cubing, WELCOME!
We wanted to let you know this event is perfectly fine for cubers of ANY age and experience. We just ask you know a couple things before coming to compete...

FAQs
Q: Do I use my own cube to compete?
A: YES! You are responsible for your own hardware in order to compete. This means you should bring your own cube.
Q: What is the normal age of competitors at these events?
A: All ages are welcome, but in general competitors are between 10 and 20 years old. Don't let this stop you though, everyone can and should cube!
Q: How do I find results?
A: All results are posted on the WCA page within a week after the competition finishes. However, for the day of competing, go to Cubecomps.com to find information about current events. This is also where you will find information about upcoming rounds of events. Remember, the results are entered by a human so please be patient if you do not see your results immediately.
Q: Are there age divisions?
A: Nope! All competitors compete together.
Q: I want to attend, or I have friends/family who want to attend, but not compete. Do they need to pay as well?
A: No. All spectators are free to view the competition at no cost. There is payment only to compete. But in some cases, venue will be having restriction to allow spectators depending on the competition.
Q: Can I have fun at this event?
A: HECK YES! Cubing is amazing, and we sincerely hope you enjoy the competition!

If you've your parents or any visitor with you just inform us how many of them and what do you want for them (Lunch box) and then Pay the fee accordingly. It is suggested that you pay the Food charges with Registration fee.

Transportation
We will be covering Bus transportation here. If you are from outside Dhaka, use train/plane from your nearest station to reach Dhaka. Afterwards, follow the instructions.
From Airport/Mirpur 11,12,10,2,1/Kallyanpur/Shyamoli to venue :
1) Take "Projapoti" or any Bus from the bus stand that drops to Asad Gate. Fare will be 35-45 BDT
2) Walk from Asad gate to the venue. It's a 5 min walk.
From Komlapur Railway to venue :
If possible, take Uber/Pathao. Bus route is tricky.
1) Take "Bahon" or any Bus from the bus stand that drops to Asad Gate. Fare will be 20-30 BDT
2) Walk from Asad gate to the venue. It's a 5 min walk.
From Newmarket/Science lab/Kolabagan/Dhanmondi 27 to Venue :
1) Take "Bihongo/Ashirbad/Welcome" or any Bus from the bus stand that drops to Asad Gate. Fare will be 20-30 BDT
2) Walk from Asad gate to the venue. It's a 5 min walk.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
