There is a competitor limit of 150 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is €20 (Euro).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of €20 (Euro).
In order to complete your registration, within October 15th, you must:
1. Register to the competition through the WCA website (if it's not your first competition, remember to associate your WCA ID to your account);
2. Pay the registration fee of 20€ via PayPal: send the exact amount atthis linkREGISTRATION CLOSED, remember to specify your Full Name in the payment details;
3. Compile the Google Form to specify your t-shirt size (within September 20th);
4. If 48 hours after payment your registration hasn't been approved, send an email to the Organization Team.Registrations close on October 15th. If the limit of participants is not reached by that date, registrations will be reopened, but only for 3x3.
Walk-in registrations are allowed but limited to 3x3 only until the competitor limit is reached.

There is an agreement with the Hotel (Midas Hotel) where the competition will take place.
This agreement is valid until the end of September and offers the following proposals:
- DOUBLE Classic € 75.00 VAT included per room per night in BB
- DOUBLE Superior € 85.00 VAT included per room per night in BB
Tourist tax € 6.00 per person per night, to be paid locally.
Any reservations must be sent directly to the hotel.
The price on online booking sites may vary from the one proposed by the convention.
Near the hotel there are other facilities where you can stay overnight and a camping (Camping Village Roma) prepared with bungalows and chalets.

It will be possible to have lunch at the hotel restaurant. The solutions offered (for participants and guests) will be the following, only for Saturday and Sunday.
€ 5.00 per person - sandwich menu with ½ mineral (to choose between ham, cheese and lettuce or roast beef, rocket salad and parmesan or grilled vegetables)
€ 10.00 per person - pizza menu with ½ mineral (margherita or ham and mozzarella)
€ 15.00 per person - first course, second course with side dish and water:
- Saturday: strozzapreti (pasta) with meat sauce and roast meat with potatoes;
- Sunday: mushrooms and sausage trofie (pasta), curry chicken nuggets with green beans.
To book and pay for lunches, you must go to the hotel reception directly on Saturday and Sunday.
Sarà possibile, pranzare al ristorante dell’albergo. Le soluzioni offerte (per partecipanti ed accompagnatori) saranno le seguenti, solo per le giornate di sabato e domenica.

If you are unable to attend for some reason, contact the Organization Team to delete you registration and get a refund.
If you delete your registration within September 30th, you get a full refund, 20€.
If you delete your registration within October 15th, you get a 50% refund, 10€.
There is no refund if you delete your registration after October 15th.

The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
During the competition competitors will be divided into groups.

La competizione è ufficialmente riconosciuta dalla World Cube Association, pertanto i concorrenti sono tenuti a conoscere il Regolamento WCA.

Time limit
